    6:30 PM Arrivals | 7:00 PM Dinner & Presentation | 1-Hour RACE CE
  • When it comes to tick-borne disease, speed matters. Join Dr. Katie Reif as she explores why the speed of tick kill is one of the most important—yet often overlooked—factors in protecting dogs from infection.

We’ll examine the tick species veterinarians see most often, how quickly pathogens can be transmitted after attachment, and why rapid kill meaningfully reduces disease risk. You’ll also see comparative speed-of-kill data for monthly preventives and learn how effective tick control influences diagnostic test interpretation—equipping you with practical insights you can apply immediately in practice. Attendees will receive one hour of CE.

Space is limited; please RSVP early
